An average of 12 000 hl of which 85 % is AOC “Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence” and 15 % is Vin de Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône.
Yield
Between 45 and 55 hl for AOC wines.
Between 60 and 80 hl for vins de pays.
Production according to wines
On average 70% rosé, 26% red and 4% white.
Sales
Direct sales at the Château and through mail order (10% of sales).
On Trade, Off Trade (50% of sales).
Export to Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Belgium, England and Denmark (40% of sales).
