Château Beaulieu :
- white grape varietals (clairette, ugni blanc, sauvignon and bourboulenc),
- red grape varietals (Grenache, Shiraz, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Carignan, Mouvèdre and Cinsault).


Production
An average of 10 000 hl of which 95 % is AOC “Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence” and 5 % is Vin de Pays  des Bouches-du-Rhône.


Yield
Between 45 and 55 hl for AOC wines.
Between 60 and 80 hl for vins de pays.
Production according to wines
On average 95% rosé, 2,5% red and 2.5% white.


Sales
Direct sales at the Château and through mail order (10% of sales).
On Trade, Off Trade (50% of sales).
Export to Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Belgium, England and Denmark (40% of sales).
