Vinalies Nationales Competition : | |

|
| - Rosé 2004: Prix d’Excellence “ A sublime pink hue with hints of blue, this cuvee whispers gentle notes of crunchy cherries, mingled with delicious caramel aromas. As for the palate, it mutters sounds of great freshness which give way to soft, smooth body, full and with a long spicy finish. This wine will reveal its full potential with a bouillabaisse.”
- White 2004: Prix des Vinalies “This 2004 reveals itself in a pretty, brilliant colour with golden nuances. The nose gives off delicate woody perfumes mixed with intense aromas of honey and vanilla. On the palate, the fullness counterbalanced by the vivacity, accompanied with smokiness, vanilla and toasty notes makes it extremely balanced. This is a lovely, delicious wine, which is still very fresh.”

|
| - Rosé 2004: “A very pretty colour with sparkling nuances of dark purple. It needs to open a little for the nice complexity to be discovered, with hints of wild blackberry, cherries and quinces. Palate fresh, elegant and zippy.”

|
| - Red 2003: “An elegant wine. The fine, complex nose is dominated by ‘fruits in alcohol’, like kirsch. It is full with lots of character and good mouth feel, with a long complex finish of floral, spicy aromas, and discreet minerality. Good with rabbit stew.”
- Rosé 2004: “An upfront wine. The nose shows quince jelly, the palate is powerful and ends with long notes of spices and an underlying minerality. Serve with prawns.”

‘The right addresses of organic wine 2006 – 2008’ (Jean-Marc Carité): | | | - 3 Sources White 2005 **: Pearly white gold. Strong, rich nose, floral aromas with hawthorn and a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate the fresh floral aspect evolves to fruity, dry notes, is quite long, finishing on mineral tones. The minerality is dominant at the moment in this lovely wine fit for both aperitifs and meals. Very good price for the region…”
- 3 Sources Rosé 2005**: “Light pink with grey reflections. Pleasant nose of acidulous fruit, cherries. On the palate it is fresh, full and fruity, good persistence becoming fatty. A generous rosé, but not excessively so, for aperitifs and meals. Serve slightly chilled.
- 3 Sources Red 2004***: Dark, beautiful deep crimson. Elegant nose, vinous (kept in check), aromas of black cherry jam, evolves with a few hours after opening to warm spices. On the palate it is already smooth, fruity supported by good tannins. Good finish with pleasant fruity mouth feel. Lovely structure, which needs to age, become even smoother, but at present, if decanted two to four hours prior to drinking will delight lovers of powerful wines.

La Toque et le Verre Eté 2006 : recommended wines | | | - Murmure White 2005: Pale yellow in colour with brilliant silvery reflections. Very fine nose, revealing beautiful aromatic expression of white fruits and citrus zest. Full, structured, racy and upright on the palate, due to the period left the on lees. A summer wine… for immediate pleasure, well balanced and perfectly adapted to Provencal cuisine based on shellfish, seafood and for aperitifs.”
- 3 Sources Red 2003: “dark ruby red, more intense than usual, limpid and brilliant. Intense, complex, fruity (very ripe cherries) and spicy nose, exhaling aromas of liquorice with hints of fine wood. Beautiful silky framework on the palate that is lifted by the acidity. A wine with a future that is definitely a reference..., which can be drunk in its youth, or left in the cellar for 3 to 4 years. You will not regret it!”
